Quality over quantity: stable growth after 100K
I stopped daily uploads and invested in planning and production. Growth steadied, and the videos still earn views.
Situation. Around a year or two in, at roughly 100,000 subscribers, I was uploading daily out of fear the channel would drop if I stopped. The content hadn't scaled up to match the audience.
What I did. Moved toward more mainstream Minecraft content and slowed the schedule to put real time into planning, pre-production, and post-production.
Result. Numbers became more stable, and the channel built evergreen videos that still perform to this day.
Lesson. Chasing frequency out of fear was working against me. Higher quality turned individual videos into a compounding asset.
